From the world of The Black Relics.
There are many illicit substances in the Three Realms, some of which are easier to get than others. Among them is Giant’s Blemish, a species of fungus that grows specifically in the armpits of giants. It is, of course, incredibly difficult to harvest this fungus, but the payout is sometimes worth the risk. Ingesting this fungus produces such intense psychedelic effects that it has the potential to put the user into a coma.
