Kagura's Hair Thingies

So here they are, the hair buns I made using 's super awesome tutorial! [link]

There were a few things that gave me some trouble though:

1) I didn't like how lumpy the styrofoam balls looked after you painted them so I covered them in Crayola Model Magic©, waited until it dried, sanded them like crazy, then glazed them.


2) The wavy ribbon was difficult to work with because it refused to bend, so I had to pin it in place and glue it wave-by-wave.


Despite all the trouble, all in all, I'm pretty pleased about how they came out!
