“HOMECOMING”

It’s been a long while since last posting, but here again with another shot

A Nemesis-class corvette approaching a huge Headquarters station, orbiting high above the surface of an alien planet…well, that’s not actually so much alien, at least to us, but you wouldn’t mind, don’t you ….hey, I can see my house from up there !

Aside from the fact I surely couldn’t make a planet like this by myself (I can barely do the things I actually do )…why slamming the head against a wall trying to do such a thing, when our pale blue home offers the same views, for real and with a lot more detail?
After all, I just intend to do images that can be nice to see, and evocative for people who shares the same passion I have for space, spacescapes and sci-fi…I don’t feel the need to show the world how good I am at making them

As ever, corvette and station are from the everlasting X3 Reunion game, Earth is from Shuttle mission STS-107, that poor guys of the Columbia…one of the last gifts they left to us

I’d really like comments, since though I find it quite similar to the thing I had in mind, I still feel like it can be missing something…feel free to contradict me, or to tell what’s missing
