Background:
Born to a Japanese/Korean family.

Haru was born into a well off family. His mom stays at home, and his dad works in law enforcement. His mother used to be a well known singer in Korea during her earlier years and left with many awards and nominees. However, while being in the music business, she was stalked and harassed for many years, even after marrying Haru's father and raising Haru, which is why they move a lot. At a young age, Haru used to listen to his mother sing and imitate her. She smiled all the time he would sing. “It's beautiful, dear,” she would praise Haru. Later he was brought to voice lesson and taught to sing professionally. He even came out with a hit song in Korea named “Saranghae, Saranghae!” Later on, he would be scouted to be in a Korean Pop group. Happily, Haru said yes, but His mother immediately and forcefully rejected it. She explained that it is a hard life, but he wouldn't listen. Haru, broken and disappointed would never sing for anyone. He also started to become more rebellious and outspoken. If he didn't get what he wanted, he would merely stop talking for weeks. His younger sister Reigna would also strive to be a singer, and be rejected by their mother as well. She took this more harshly than Haru did. She screamed and screamed for days, until one day, she couldn't speak at all. The doctors said she has lost her voice forever. Haru, violently crying promises his sister to make it his purpose in life to become that singer they both wanted to be. Going against his parents he left their house to live with relatives and start a new life living off his royalties. While with his relatives he saw a beautiful girl with a gorgeous uniform and decided he would enroll in the same school. He had no idea what he was in for at Seigatsu Academy.
