FAQ/TOS/for Ko-fi Commissions.
Terms and conditions/FAQ: Once I receive payment for your commission(S) via my ko-fi commissions or deviantart commissions, I will contact you via ko-fi, email, deviantart, or discord in 1-3 business days and confirm with you that I've received it, and I will start on it. I will not start on a commission without receiving payment for it first. Check your email, deviantart, discord, ko-fi for updates I will send during the drawing process. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Refund details: Between when you order your commission and when before I send you the approval sketch, you may fully refund your order. Between the sketch being approved and the commission being finished, you may refund half of the amount paid. The half amount I keep will be for the work I've already done. Once the final order is accepted/approved, the commission will be closed and no refund will be available.
