hi guys,
Wow I been away for soooooooo long. Sorry about that but couldn't be helped. Spent hell of a long time in hospital over the past coupla years and didn't know what planet I was on.
I got so much to catch up on now and tons of ideas for new work. Missed you all, and hopfully I'm sticking around. I feel alive again for once.

Hiya Buddies & Bro's
Hope you are all well. Sorry I been away for so long, I had a few Technical Health issues.
Had a nervous breakdown in Feb 2006, spent that year in & out of hospital(all due to stress from work). Had a heart attack in Dec, jane broke 2 of my ribs trying to keep me going, then a couple of paramedics electrocuted me, they called it a jump start apparently but I wouldnt know cos with all my medication from round one I'd hitched a lift to planet Zog from a friendly Zoglean.Anyway appologies for not replying to comments and journals, just trying to get to grips with my new PC and catching up with the new world.
