I won that character in a DTA hosted on a website called scratch abt 6-7 years ago, the post may have been taken down and I was just the most recent owner they could track down. I can try to find the person who actually made the design if you want?
Also do you mind linking the character itself? I want to keep track of him since I'm still fond of the design and I want to see if someone does anything with him.
