Dreamcatcher by AigneadhAigeann Dreamcatcher by AigneadhAigeann
This piece was a utilization of several different aspects of Stained Glass I hadn't experimented with before; firstly, I don't particularly believe in textured glass based on texture, I tend to let the color and the lines do the talking, but, as I wanted this to look as authentic as possible with still a fun twist, I opted for rainwater clear. Secondly, I've never used copper patina before; it just never seemed appropriate a choice until this. And thirdly, I've never had free forms dangling from each other. All in all, I'm very satisfied with this; a gift for my dear friends Brian and Kristen's new baby boy, Trystan Powers.

A good choice of glass and a really cool interpretation on a traditional atwork. Nice job :)
