A veteran officer forged in the fires of early Legion expansion, Decimus Varro rose through blood and discipline to command a cohort. Clad in battle-scarred red-accented composite armor bearing the golden bull of Caesar, his tattered crimson cape and plumed helmet mark him as both warrior and leader. He wields a massive, notched machete with the same brutal efficiency he uses to enforce order across the shattered pre-war streets.

In the irradiated ruins of atompunk America—where faded signs like “The Atom Cafe” and “Rocket Drugs” still cling to crumbling Googie facades—Decimus sees only proof that the old world’s weakness invited its own destruction. He carries a pre-war radio not for comfort, but to coordinate the Legion’s relentless advance. To him, the wastes are raw material waiting to be hammered into the shape of a new Rome under Caesar’s will.

**Personality:** Stoic, fanatically loyal, and utterly contemptuous of weakness. He speaks little and leads by example—every scar on his armor earned in service to the Bull.
