*V* That's so super cool!! Was is a good garden year where you live? I plan to grow onions next year too (first time), together with carrots, some beans and maybe garlic -this year I had potatoes and giant turnips which grew like mad :'D Crepe myrtles looks super pretty! Never seen one here though, I suppose it's too cold...do you cultivate small cacti or the really big ones?
It was a rough year in general. My myrtles and small cacti did well, the rest were kinda average. Tomatoes, cucumber, rhubarb and spaghetti squash. We mainly have Aloe (to use for food or medicine) and Aeoniums. There are some holiday cactus also. I'm excited to see them bloom this winter!
Bamboo 'forests' are awesome. Though my favorite would have to be aspen trees. If you go hiking anywhere in the Rockies around fall time you can see them (I'm sure you know that lol)...aspen trees with their golden leaves are the most gorgeous thing. c:
Arrrgg so many possibilities, so little choice permitted! I chose Moss because they make this kind of bud-thing and when you squeeze it, it smells melon-y and it's so nice. I loooooooove the feeling of it underfoot. And underhand. I also love bamboo and lotus. And strawberries. And clovers. Man, a field of clovers has such a lovely smell! *^* And the honey from it is so delicious. I really like plants X)
