oh i know the being afraid of needles but no problems with tattoos thing. i think for me it is because hwat creeps me out about needles is first (well everything, srlsy these things are creepey as hell D: ) but then it is the fatc that something is being pushed inside your veins and then something coming out of it and gaaah jhsfjksfhsjkf an tattoos is just nice ink under your skin
Oh then all of these are awesome! I knew some of the stuff, but some was real news :3~Like I said. Hmm, I kind of feel the same way because I can't swim? The ocean and open water is indeed beautiful but >>; I would be safer on a beach, I get nervous when I cross bridges and such.
Oh really?? ^^ That's so awesome, I wish I could see, is it in black ink?? did it hurt??
How was studying x-ray tech for a year? and what prompted you to get a tattoo?? ouo/ you can move all these into private if you think it's too personal :3~!
I think I remeber a hint at fishing? but I wasn't quite shore, I think that's a really awesome quality though, I think hunting for your food is ten times more better then the process -x-; You know exactly what you are catching an eating, A fish.
Do you know how to fillet a fish? and debone them?
It is in black ink, I need to get new photo of it since I have a better camera now. XD It won't be blurry anymore. lol As far as why I got it, I was turning 21 soon before I got it and I was moving to Florida. I was finally moving out into my own and freeing myself from some things in my past that hurt a lot. In addition, it's a sort of triskellion, something from my Scottish-gaelic heritage. It fits into my spiritual beliefs and into Naor. It reminds me that I don't suffer from the bad parts of my past and reminds me who I am and where I'm from. Both sides of my family happen to be from the same region originally, so both sides are of the same heritage and that's amazingly cool to me.
As far as fishing, yeah, I can fillet and debone, they are generally all in one process for me, though I'll spare the gory details. XD Most people don't like watching/visualizing it, but for me it's just a part of how it is.I'm not eactly GOOD at it yet, sometimes I miss bones or screw up the fillets. My grampa is PRO though, I've only ran into less than a dozen bones in all the years I would eat what we caught as a family. He does it so fast! Some day I'll be as good as him. OTL I need food, I catch fish, I prepare fish, and freeze it if I'm stocking up or I eat it if I need it that night. I love all kinds of fish. XD I have 2 catfish and 2 striped bass in the freezer atm. One fish is easily a whole meal if you have a small salad or a potato or rice with it.
Most processed foods are incredibly toxic, though it's getting harder and more dangerous to eat fish due to high levels of pollution in all waters. So it's better for the environment to eat fish, though whether it's better for you... it's pretty half and half to be honest. But yeah, I know where it came from and it's a highly valuable skill. Give a man to fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.
In a silly comedy story I'm writing, there is a minor subplot about a hillbilly couple and their never-ending attempts to get rid of the crows that constantly sit on their roof, with the implication that the crows are smarter than the hillbillies.
Yeah, it's cold and wintery where I am (Cape Cod, MA) and fishing season starts up again in about a month QwQ In Florida, where ever you are sorry I can't remember OTL , do you fish mainly fish salt or freshwater?
For the first few months I found you, I literally thought you were a guy (even after seeing a badly taken photo from somewhere XD), it took forever to force my brain to refer to you as a "she" rather than a "he".
That was probably because I didn't have the pic up and said "male" on my profile. At the time I thought it was fun to remain a mystery, however in a professional sense, it wasn't a good idea. XD So I had to be honest. e___e
