If I offered separate landscape commissions (to be used as BGs if you wanted or just because), would you want them? Price would depend on size and detail as always.

Oh yes! I'm actually looking for someone who would be willing to do that for me. I want to create a banner like image across my page (I guess like Tatchit's) I got the dimensions and such from her but I can't create the image myself xD

What are the dimensions? That must be pretty large.

I think it's 1200px if I remember correctly. That's so it can be cut in half. But I'm sure it could also be done smaller.

Actually, the 1200 px was wrong. Sorry. Yes on the 300 dpi.
Basically the image has to be big enough to when you cut it in half, each piece can be around 600-620 px wide. The height doesn't really matter that much.
Sorry if that is confusing, I'm not too familiar with that many things digital art wise XD

Ah, it's ok. XD Size and dpi do matter. dpi is basically how many pixels are in each square inch. 300 is minimum print quality, while 72 is basic screen (tv and computer) quality. and the dpi will LARGELY affect the size of the image. Which means more work.

1200px across to be split is not really that much. I work much, much larger, But if I were to offer them, it would really matter on the type of environment and detail you would want. XD I'm seriously considering them. They seem to be wanted. However, I would need to clear my current list of commissions first.

Ohh, that makes a lot more sense now XD
And I totally understand, I'd be willing to wait if that was an option. And how would you accept payment? Out of curiosity. Paypal, points, etc?
