Beneath The Floorboards

Actually, this is beneath the carpet and a wall.

Today I learned that there is a navigable passage between the furnace room and the porch - but only if you're a Kit Cat.  The things you learn.

She was able to get out of there without me having to tear apart any boards or ceiling tiles.  Yet, I feel there's more to this story.
