Your least favourite Pokemon anime character

It just came into my mind, that I ask who is your least favourite character from the Pokemon anime. It can be from Ash's anime, it can be from the current Pokemon Horizons. Tell me who do you dislike from it in the comments below. I will also give you my picks: - Burgundy: Straight-up annoying and has a one-sided rivalry towards Cilan, because she thinks she is better. - Ilima: Was lackluster as a rival, being set-up as someone strong, yet being still clapped by Guzma. He didn't even battle Ash. - Harley: Hates May for no reason and overall nasty. - Chloe: She was set up as kinda a late tritagonist for late Journeys next to Ash and Goh, but her development is lackluster. -Spinel: For everything he did in Horizons. He is a villain you love to hate. - Ursula: The nastiest rival of Dawn.
