Personality: Spontanious, hard-headed, quick on his feet and eager to please. 

History: Imported from the southern mountainous region of North America, Diaboli Lacum was found in a bachelor stallion herd. He appeared to be the lead stallion in this small herd of 4 total Equus Ballators, and his coloration stood out among the bays and blacks. His coloration, Okapi Dun, is still considered a rarity umong wild Ballators, as are his monochrome-colored and striped horns, which are not usually seen even in captive Equus Ballators. To the surprise of the wranglers, he didn't put up a fight, but instead confidently walked up and asserted his dominance by knocking two wranglers from their steed's backs. During this episode, all of his bachelor companions had run off for fear of capture, and as they fled, Lacum chased them down and gave each a smart bite on the rump, as if punishing them for their cowardice. 
After he was successfully imported to Iron Horse Stables, he settled in almost unnaturally quickly, eyeing the mares in the pasture from his stall window and having roaring-competitions with stallions next door to his own stall. He was named 'the devil's den' after a handler attempted to halter him one day in his stall, and he lashed out, breaking the arm of the handler. His stall was called the devil's den for quite some time before the name finally stuck to the stallion himself.

After many years over at the Iron Horse Stable Devil was relocated over to Never Royal Stables where he currently lives now. He struck fear into the handlers around NRS, they were all told of his temper and how he broke a handlers arm over at his old home. Heather a worker over at NRS was the only person who wanted to give this stallion a chance and no matter how many times he snipped, bucked and rejected Heather she never gave up on him.
