The first 20 people to enter will receive 4 additional numbers

The winner will be announced on Oct 26 in a seperate journal, "Raffle Winners Announcement".
The winner must reply to the "Raffle Winners Announcement" journal within 72 hours of announcement. If there is no response a new winner will be reselected using the number generator.
