As Manfredi changes into Karnifex, the first clues about Karnifex's true nature are revealed.
At
each episode, Karnifex's human identity changes, but none of them seem
to be aware of what happens to him or his surroundings.

This episode will put an accent on the effects on the envirnoment, as on the thoughts/dialogues contrast of Karnifex.
