New Piece Coming. 'Draw This Again' meme

Haven't done much in a long time, but I have a new piece coming that looks like it's going to be great for those following my works.
I've also learned I'm god-awful at digital painting, lol. Ironically, I'd forgotten how much I do enjoy making a good piece of work in lines, especially now that I can do it digitally, and don't have to redo the piece to get the clean-rough and clean.

It's pretty awesome, but i don't understand what vector is...is it a picture that's been modified or an actual painting?
It's very simple reason. I am using Adobe Illustrator long time about 15 years with business work. Adobe Illustrator is very useful soft ware for me I can do drawing and painting(oil and water color). I have Adobe Photoshop to process photo only. Any way I think tool is tool. Tool dose not important reason to make picture for me
