Hiding behind the trail

This is part of the Upper Dunn Falls in...

Well, it's somewhere in northwest Maine. The trail to this falls is just off the Appalachian Trail (which has many other cool features on it). I might (this is a qualifier ) have a shot of the lower falls.

It's another short hike into the falls, though I did manage to get myself lost twice on this trip Leading to a longer hike than expected. The trail cut off at a nice small pool, and I didn't even notice until I looked into my camera that there was a bigger waterfall than what I was looking at just behind it. I had anticipated a decent fall at the Upper Dunn section, but this was really cool. I will have at least one more of this part.

I would like some critique on this, be it post-processing, technique, whatever. It is cropped from the original as there was nothing of interest on the left part of the image, and I believe this is better balanced. Various hue/sat, curves, etc... in Lightroom and PS.
