In piecesHi there,So I really have to let these thoughts or feelings out of my system because I feel like I have to let you know what is going on.I am working at Starbucks, and I was hired as a Key Partner, which is a shift manager basically. And I originally applied for Shift Supervisor, which is a shift manager but with areas which we look after. Product or Facility Manager. I didn't have the neccesary competencies for the position so my District Manager said I could take on the position later on, after a bit of training time. Nothing is impossible, unless you really are not capable of doing the job.I thought I was ready and so I said yes to the big question after I got my certification to be a Key Partner. My training didn't start for a month actually...and it is two months to learn all the things required for this position. My DM didn't know about this, and thought I should be ready for the review board in November. Originally I was going to be a Facility Manager in a new location, but t
