Hi everyone, resuming commission #3 tomorrow, this week my physiotherapist told me to work less hours (for my back and neck), so I did a less strict schedule of only 9 hours per day (more breaks) in a moment Rias Gremory fanart draft

Ouch. Do some stretches every now and then. That's what I do when writing for hours on end. Even if it's a simple stand up, stretch, brief pace around the house or block or whatever, just to get the blood flowing. It helps. :)

There's also certain yoga stretches for the lower back, which is commonly where you'll get sore from sitting.

I do cobra and restful pose myself. Situps also help me as well as bicylces (ab exercise). Sometimes those exercises will crack my back and it feels better. It does mean getting up but it's worth it. I sit a lot for my work too. :)

"Only" 9 hours? I'm impressed, by my standards that's still quite a bit of effort you're putting in.
I hope your back and neck improve. Keep taking care of yourself.

That sounds painful, definitely. It's often difficult trying to get a balance of drawing time versus rest.
