If you look at any of the pictures I've done so far, pick this one; it has a shading style I particularly enjoy, which also gives a really awesome effect. (Unfortunately my understanding of shadow hasn't yet progressed to where I can use it without reference; but there WAS reference here, at least for the humanoid bits of the merm, so yeah.)
