Ma'am, I know that we are strangers but I just want to thank you for standing up to that rude kid that posted rude things about your cake. He did that to me too and I lost my cool which made him happy. I'm just glad someone stayed calm and gave it to him.
Well, you're welcome. The thing about internet trolls is, just don't feed them. They're whole reason for being is to cause a negative reaction in someone. Frankly I don't understand why but, that's why I don't go trolling. xD
Anyway, moral to this? Don't feed them, aka just don't give them the response they're looking for. Don't let them get to you.

Good advice. I'll keep a look out at his profile and pass the message to other victims of his.
Advice will work for any internet troll out there. They feed off your distress and anger. Don't give it to them and you starve them out. Eventually they'll get bored with you and move on. Sometimes it isn't easy, especially if they manage to hit on something sensitive to you in they're probing, but if you stop and think it's not a solid shot at you. They don't know you, after all. It's just a shot in the dark looking for a strike.
