I'll start with things I think could be worked on to improve the piece-
The light source seems garish- the yellow is too intense, so rather than coming across as warm it seems harsh.
The tassel to the model's upper left seems out of place and is somewhat distracting- maybe moving it closer to the model or removing it entirely would work better? The mirror has the same issues.
The photo looks grainy and the quality really detracts from the image. The model looks airbrushed in places (her hair especially) which looks out of place, especially considering the photo quality.
The lighting and saturation throughout the photo gives it an amateurish overtone- it looks like it could be a photo taken in anyone's bedroom, rather than a piece that had been planned out and organized beforehand.
I like the model's expression, it really makes you wonder what's happening in the phone conversation. Her left hand behind her ear goes along with it to make it seem like she's concerned or alarmed about something, which draws you further into the picture. Her right leg leaning off the bed makes it seem like her body language matches her facial expression, though I think it would be more effective if her left leg was more tilted in that direction (the fact that her legs aren't entirely closed seems to contradict her concerned/alarmed expression). I also like how the image has primarily warm tones throughout it, unifying the model and her surroundings.

I hope you found this helpful! Let me know if you have any questions or comments about any of the points I just mentioned.
