Compared with Erotic Literature I feel that this one is a better piece of art - Here in Beautiful Disease I feel more of a story rather than the composition of two girls on a bed, (how ever erotic that may be.); As a viewer I feel myself being looked at and wondering if I have been spotted or if the look is checking to see that I'm still impressed; Am I about to be rebuked of invited?
One hand seems to say, "are you there? What is going on? Why have you stopped?" and the other seems reassuring, "Everything is fine; Just a moment; Wait right there; Don't move."
Despite the bed having more clothes on than the models, the positioning and angle prevents this from being even slightly pornographic: Which is why, for me, this is art, (and I thank you.)
