Nectar sales are regulated, and anyone selling nectar outside of Company affiliates is very Illegal. 

8 Vials should be enough to get someone through a month.
> Peacekeepers that rely on nectar receive one 8-pack a month. If they run out early, or lose a vial, then they need to replenish their stock themselves, though at a cheaper cost than store prices.
