-Go Launcher EX:
Themes > Installed > HexaShade Icons > Apply
-Nova Launcher:
Nova Settings > Look and feel > Icon Theme > HexaShade Icons
-ADW Launcher:
ADW Settings > Themes > HexaShade Icons
-Holo Launcher:
Appearance Settings > Icon pack > HexaShade Icons
