behind her blue eyes by AdarkerNEMISIS behind her blue eyes by AdarkerNEMISIS
I really like how her eyes turned out, I've been really wanting to mount a marble with blue grey eyes. I really want to do my personal with those eyes. Just something about them. though i didn't realize how puffy her snout Was. Its amazing all the things that pop up on camera that you can't tell when in hand.

I always use a camera to help me spot things like eye issues while mounting, it catches everything.

Don't freak out about the spots on her nose and eyes she hasn't been fully painted yet! Just brushed with the paint brush and finished with a sealer before going on to the final painting. I just didn't spend ALOT of time making her perfect when I need to be working on making customers perfect. She will definitely have her shine when it's her turn.

Thanks, though no worries she already found a forever home with a client of mine. She didn't last very long. =)

Yeah! She was definitely cute and you did an awesome job with her face features. :-) trust me I was looking at her pictures everyday deciding to get her now or wait lol. I guess I waited too late. Lol that's ok though. Like you said, there's always another. :-)

She is lovely!  Thank you for the tip about taking photos to help spot things.  You're right, the camera DOES pick up things that  the human eye can miss.

I have also noticed that sometimes its good to 'walk away' from your work for a while.  Then come back and try to see it through 'fresh eyes'.  Sometimes mistakes that seemed SO huge really aren't as bad as you had it built up in your mind.Hug

Thank you, they do but they blend in too well too and don't stand out as much. But something about her is kind of sweet!

I love those eyes! They compliment her sort of blue-grey markings quite nicely. Good color choice, and a nice peaceful expression.

They do, but they blend in too well too. Hard to get a picture of when needed but something about blue grey eyed marbs just get me every time!
Actually I love blue grey on everything well almost everything. Marbles, silvers, white marks, lavender, pearls.....eh yeah pretty much.

They do blend, but you're right, blue grey is just a really good color. I don't think I see this particular shade used a lot, even on foxes, so it's nice to see something a little different from the bright-bright blues and greens people will use on their mounts!
