First merpony for :iconhayleycometra:! Her name is Ripple Effect, and she has a purple heart for a cutiemark. ^^ :iconhayleycometra: also made a reaction video here: hayleycometra.deviantart.com/j…

So, working with vinyl was different, but it was a lot softer than I expected! :O Still hard to turn right-side out though. As you can see, her cart is definitely made of metal. I used aluminum window frames for the basic structure and threaded rods for the rest. The aluminum on the sides were heat sinks that I salvaged from power supplies, so they were nicely cut in addition to being thick. :) The wheels were some old equipment feet from something my dad salvaged form something, so we’ve had them for years. ^^; And the cart was actually why I ended up making her in the first place. :iconkiashone: had recommended her to me. Thank you again! :thanks:

Lighting direction isn’t all that good in the photos, but I tried. ^^

I thought this was a plush of the ponification of capircorn at first.

Ahh. As far as I can tell, that pony actually has back feet with the tail looking like a fish tail at the very end. :)

It was more the thumbnail that had me thinking it was Capricorn.

Thank you so much for making this for me! I am just as happy with it now as I was when I recorded the video. And to think that the metal parts came from things in your salvage collection...! Seems like you were available at the right place and at the right time with everything I needed. I will definitely recommend you if someone asks me about plushie commissions.

You're very welcome, and thank you for your encouragement! :aww:
Hehe. :D Even the window frames were actually used for making some solar panels back in 2009. :XD: Long term lesson is never make your own solar panels. It's just easier to buy them, even back in 2009 when they were a lot more expensive. :O
I definitely have to agree about being available at the right place and at the right time though. Having a deadline also helped. ^^ Thank you! :iconapplejackhappyplz:
