Please forgive me Rainbow Dash

So after posting the previous picture, which is actually an next one in the story from here, I got few comments that I skipped too much. here's me filling in the gaps. I'm not really happy with how it turned out, but I just wanted to get this out there, so the story doesn't suffer too much.

There was no doubt, Rainbow Dash was somewhere near. Princess Luna could feel her youngest vampire's pain and sadness... more than sadness even. Her sister's sun was about to rise, which would only increase the pain the pegasus was in. Worryingly, the princess flew faster, looking for any signs of the missing pony.  She found her, curled into a ball on the ground. completely exposed to the early rays of the sun. Luna gently touched the grassy ground and surrounded a veil of night around her and th weeping pony in front of her.
"She... she run away from me..." Rainbow Dash whispered between sobs, "she though... that.. that I'm a monster... that I'll hurt her".
wordlessly, Luna approached the young pegasus and gently whisper tears off her damp cheek.
"Forgive me, Rainbow Dash" She whispered sitting next to the pegasus. "I know you suffer and I know it is I who caused it..."
Rainbow looked up at the princess, her glowing red eyes were filled with a mixture of grief and shock. "Princess... I... " she tried to say, but Luna hushed her and continued to talk.
"I foolishly believed that you would all follow me just like my sister, that I could ask those sacrifices from you and you would accept and trust my judgement... I am sorry."
"But... it's nt your fault!" the pegasus protested rising herself to meet her princess's eyes "you couldn't have known how would AJ react!"
"I used Twilight's trust and I tricked you and your friend Rarity into following her." Luna said lowering her eyes "I was so afraid that my sister would want to stop me, that I didn't think and now..."
"I blew our cover, didn't I?" Rainbow asked, fighting with her tears.
"No, my child, it is my fault and my alone." Luna said gently rising the other pony's chin. "Come now... we have to repair the damage done to our cause. I have a very special task for you."
