i used adjustment settings, go to image> adjustments> hue/saturation then adjust everything except RGB (reds to magenta)... -30 saturation and +40 brightness. leave the hue untouched. then go to image>adjustments>brightness/contrast then apply 10 brightness 20 contrast.. then go to image>adjustments>curves and move the middle of the curve slightly upwards... if you want you can also use adjustment layers..

wow man, i really appreciate this.
you can´t get this kind of effect on skin just desaturating the image to B/W TOTALLY and then playing with contrast and brightness, neither with layer adjust> black and white; i tryed both but... i mean, you can get very very close, but if you look carefully is not the same effect...
Desaturating color by color and adjusing brightness, contrast and curves, and some blur you can get a more realistic effect...

no problem... you can adjust those settings depending on your preference... but that's what I inputed here.... and I also forgot, I used surface blur to have that shiny like effect...
