Well. I modestly accept the compliment because I feel so behind when I see the style some friends have that are like.. so unique and amazing.
If I have a style I am not content with it presently. XD
Honestly the anime influence, as ~SavePoint
and I agreed on, largely is trying to draw anime before you even have the basics down. I never got into drawing the hardcore anime/manga style (couldn't), but basically learning from it really set me back.. it's like reading a series and starting at book 2 rather than book 1. It was just a lot of bad tendencies and whatnot. Two friends especially have me badly wanting to catch up and find methods and styles I'm happy with. :3
