Friday night at Eddy's home, all the lights in the house are on. We see Double D in a tuexedo looking very spiffy in Eddy's room writing and doing loads of homework that the Ed's missed the passed days. Ed walked out of the bathroom in his tux as well smiling and patted Double D on the back saying "Looking good there Edd!" "Yes yes, hush now Ed. I need all the concentration I can get to get this done." Double D replied. Eddy walked into the room with his hair combed back and wearing the samething asking "So guys...how do I look?" Double D glanced and said "Oh..you look very resembling Eddy." "To who?" Questioned Eddy. "Your father, you know how he likes to comb his hair backwards when out with your mom or on important business." Replied Edd. " Yea...true. Please don't mention my dad again Edd." Said Eddy politely. "I'm sorry I've forgotten our agreement not to speak of him, my mind is hard at work here repairing the academic damage made possible by our medical issues fellows." Replied Edward. "Double D is so smart Eddy!" Said Ed with a smile. "Yea yea but hey we better get going, the dance starts at 7 and were gonna be late!" Said Eddy. Double D closed the books, got up and brushed his blonde hair then said "Well Its all ready Eddy. Be sure to hand it in on monday...so the hour of destiny is here huh gentlemen?" "Don't talk like that Double D haha, come on guys lets split." Commanded Eddy. Double D chuckled as he walked out with Ed who has his hands behind his head smiling in free spirit. The guys started running in their tuxedo's with Eddy carrying the big batch of roses which is contaminated with killer chemical X...

At the school, the dance is being held in the gym. Students are dressed in formal clothes and talking amongst themselves. Tables lined with food and punches are served, everyone is waiting for the DJ to finish loading his equipment onto the stage. The Powerpuff Girls are just getting out of the girls locker room, each in their formal dresses with their usual color of light blue, pink, and light green. The students both girls and boys couldn't help but look at them, "Everyones looking.." Whispered Bubbles. "Just ignore them." Said Blossom. "God people here have no lives!" Grumbled Buttercup. The girls each sat on a chair by the punch table, waiting for the Ed's. Bubbles leaned over with her hands on her stomach, "Gosh...I got such butter flys in my stomach." Blossom smiled and said "I know what you mean, this is kinda big." Buttercup just sighed and looked at her surroundings. The gym door opened, all the students including the girls looked and saw The Ed's walking in their tuxedos. They held their heads high and walked proudly to the Powerpuffs even with all this attention. The boys stood infront of the girls as Eddy holding the roses kneeled and presented it to them, "Thought you girls might like roses, here." He said Smiling. "Aww Eddy you shouldn't have!" Said Bubbles. Blossom and Buttercup couldn't help but smile, the 3 smelled the roses not knowing its been contaminated. The girls lost their powers unknowingly, A robotic spider hanging from the roof of the gym video taped it. Mojo from his lab saw the transmission, he devilishly smiled and said "Now to put our plans into action!" Back at the gym the DJ just finished setting everything up and spoke through the microphone "Alright ladies and gents, we'll be starting off with the couples dance first, grab your soulmate and come out to the dance floor!" The DJ started playing the song "If I never knew you". Eddy bowed in a gentlemen like form and asked Blossom "May I have this dance?" She smiled and said "Of course." She took Eddy by the arm and winked at him, Eddy smiled and walked to the dance floor. Before Ed could ask, Buttercup said "Hehe, may I have this dance?" She surprisingly bowed in a lady fashion, Ed stuttered a bit "W-w-with bells on my toes!" Buttercup took Ed's muscular arm and walked on to the dance floor. Double D started to sweat a bit, Bubbles got up and with a smile on her face she took his hands and said "You don't have to say anything silly." Double D held on to his hat and smiled as they joined the others. The gym darkened a bit, couples are dancing to this romantic song and enjoying this magical moment. Blossom and Eddy are gazing into each other deeply, Eddy said "You look beautiful Blossom." "And you look very handsome yourself Mr.Wendell." She giggled saying. "Perfect song for people like us huh?" Eddy whispered. "Its my favorite disney movie." She replied. Blossom sighed and rested her head on Eddy's shoulders as they danced. When the song said "The missing part of me" Blossom couldn't help but cry a bit. Eddy noticed and asked "You alright dear?" She laughed alittle and said "I couldn't be more happier.." Eddy smiled and hugged her. Double D and Bubbles danced with each other and glanced at Eddy with Blossom. "Eddy really brought back life to my sister." Said Bubbles. "I think you girls brought back life to us all." Replied Edward. Bubbles giggled and gazed into Double D's eyes, she caressed his face and kissed him on the cheek softly. Double D chuckled as he blushed at Bubbles passion for him. Buttercup is trying to dance with Ed, she made a few mistakes and almost fell. Ed catched her and said "Hehe you ok?" "Ah I got 2 left feet." She said. "Like this Buttercup!" Ed took her hand and wrapped his other around her then showed her the moves a bit. "Ed how do you know how to dance like this?" Buttercup asked. "Double D showed me how so many times back at Peach Creek." He replied. Ed stopped a bit and looked at Buttercup, she asked him "..What are you looking at?" "Your beautiful, sparkling green eyes." He said. Buttercup blushed but couldn't help but smile at his comment. "Come here big guy," She slowly kissed him.  This became a night that won't be forgotten for both trio as they continued their dance. A magical and touching moment, neither girl nor boy could ever be a part. Just then a loud rumble shook the gym, all the students as well as the DJ fell who collapsed with the stereo halting the music. "Oh my gosh!! Earth quake!" One student shouted. Bubbles holding on to Double D shouted "No! this is not an earth quake!!" The gym roof is taken a part by the robot designed by Mojo. "Mwahahaha!! Sorry to intrude boys and girls! But I have come to take what is mine!" Mojo shouted from the cock pit. "Mojo!! Come on girls!!" Commanded Blossom. "OOOH MONKEY YOUR IN SO MUCH TROUBLE!!" Shouted Buttercup. The Powerpuff girls flew to the robot but then started to fall, "Wa whats happening!!" Shouted Blossom. "Your stupid boyfriends gave you contaminated roses filled with killer chemical X!! Haha none of this would have been possible without you Eds!!" Said Mojo. "Ugh Eddy is this true?!" Blossom asked from mid air. "No! Say it ain't so!!" Shouted Bubbles. "Eds...I trusted you!!" Shouted Buttercup. Eddy screamed at the top of his lungs "NO!! I HAD NO IDEA I SWEAR!!" The robot grabbed the girls as Mojo said "Hehe no matter!! I can finally get rid of the Powerpuff girls!!" The girls screamed "HEELLLPPP!!!" As the robot took them away. Double D and Ed quickly rushed to Eddy's side as the gym came tumbling down, the students and teachers ran out of the building. Eddy on the floor shouted "No..I had no idea!! DAMN IT NO!!" Double D pulled Eddy up "Eddy come on!! We have to get out of here!!" "I don't deserve to live..." Whispered Eddy. A large debris came tumbling on the 2, Ed came to the rescue and punched it breaking it down. "Nice Ed!" Commented Edward. Eddy started running away, "EDDY WAIT!!" Double D shouted after him along with Ed. The gym collapsed though no one was hurt, Eddy's biggest fear that which led to his brothers demise came true...letting down the love of his life...or so he thought.
