In the process of testing my Povray exporter for JWildfire, I came across a pleasant kind of flower that utilizes my sphere transform. Speaking of the exporter, it is now in alpha phase. It runs without crashing, but I haven't tested it in all conditions. It's also rather slow when it comes to writing the points to file - probably the most straightforward part of the entire module, and not something I can easily fix. As I discovered with this one, never try to export 14000 points. If you do, you may be at your computer all night.
Surprisingly enough, it actually creates the points and saves them in a list rather quickly (prior to writing to file). Even more surprising is the fact that it took Povray less than 30 seconds to render this monster, which makes me very happy. I had even modified the output slightly in order to have some of the points be translucent.
Notably, I also changed the point sizes so that everything would be thick and visible, but the way I export stuff makes it really easy to change that detail, as well as the texture.
