They've should've been called Iceburg Reefback Leviathan.
Icebreaker ships also operate on this principle. There are even "double-acting ships" that have a stern that can cut through polar ice. The double acting ship simply reverses through frozen seas, using Azipods for 360 degree navigation.

How big would that thing be? Roughly the size of a Blue Whale?
Similar in size to the Reefback Leviathan methinks.
I Wonder Why This Is Unused
I feel like without the ice-breaking it would be pretty easy to implement, just make it a re-skin of the reefback.
