On the planet far below, representatives of Andor, Tellar, and Vulcan join their human counterparts to sign the Articles of Federation. In a matter of minutes, after hours of pomp and circumstance, a few strokes of the pen transform the United Federation of Planets from dream to reality. Over the next few days, Enterprise and her sisterships, Declaration and Liberty will depart to transport diplomatic missions to the various member worlds. For her part, Enterprise, will return the delegation from Tellar to their home in the 61 Cygni system.
