Harmony in Bloom

Honestly? This piece started as a late-night escape. I sat down with my fineliners and a blank page, just letting my hand move until it spiraled into hours of intense, meticulous linework. If you look at image ,you can see how I got completely lost in the rhythm of the ink—detailing every single lace border, filling the heavy black circles, and watching these intricate mandala patterns take over the page.But it felt like it was missing its soul, its attitude. That’s when the color came in. I wanted a stark contrast, so I drew these vibrant, pink and yellow lotuses cutting right through the heavy geometry. The clean, empty white circle in the center acts as a breath of fresh air amidst the madness. To me, this piece is about finding your own light and blooming, even when the world around you feels crowded, chaotic, and dark. It’s about standing out, bright and unapologetic, as the main character of your own story.
