Easily what works best for me is the concept. Even without seeing the first Fleetfoot image, it's fun to see a young Fleetfoot try to pull such a prank on her parents, especially late at night. It almost gives the not-that-very-well-known Pegasus pony an interesting personality: she's mischievous, yet impulsive. It seems even funnier since her prank isn't working, so it implies that her parents are just agitated that they're being disturbed for a failed joke. My biggest complaint is that some of the text is difficult to read, especially the lines Soarin delivers. Perhaps you can enlarge the text so that it's more readable. Also, make sure certain lines don't overlap each other, like the first and second "OH SOARIN". Lastly, the light near the window could be blended better. Still this is a wonderful illustration. The concept is very original and funny, it has a sense of atmosphere, and it suggests what Fleetfoot was like as a kid. Overall, I give it two thumbs up (or two hooves up if you prefer). Keep up the fantastic work, AaronMk!
