Thanks for the watch!~
Means a lot.
I would read your literatures, but I hope I don't get spoiled for the 2nd movie for Balto. I never got around to watching it >< Do I have to worry about that in particular?
well, its quite an "eh" B movie. Not the best animation wise. It has it's ups and downs, the song's are pretty but it will tug at your heart strings, especially if you've ever owned a pet. I wouldn't recommend it if you're sensitive because it will make you feel about family, about where you belong in life, about leaving home for a new one and of course; saying goodbye.
Ohh... oh boy, I'm going to cry then, aha 😅😅 It's one of those movies. I already cry at the mere sound of the piano notes from "Good Company" (from Oliver & Company) because I had a cat with a similar relationship, like the two characters do in that movie.
I'll probably watch it anyway! Lol It's been on my list to finish regardless, but I do want to be aware of the movie's events and to experience it myself, before I dive into your work. I wouldn't want to feel out of place while reading.
Just out of respect ~
For me its a silent sadness where you feel like you wanna cry but can't and that's the most torturous XD. the father daughter relationship isn't the best but it does leave you wanting more out of it, and a whole lot of people like this specific auburn/white wolf with her because 1. because they had one thing in common (you'll see it), 2. his protectiveness, 3. he simply looks cute with her lol
