Sumireko's Snowy Sojourn, Part 1

After months of toil, here it is: the first part of Sumireko's Snowy Sojourn, a Walfas series which I hope will set a medium-high bar in terms of production value. What seems like a simple day trip to Hokkaido will turn into an adventure like nothing Jitsuko or Hideki could ever have imagined, the likes of which Sumi imagines all the time. Will our heroes triumph over the ice, the cold and probably some quicksand, knowing their luck? Read on to find out, and hopefully you won't have to wait more than a month for Part 2...

This comic was made in response to Luka Hartman's prop pile challenge. They made the cheesecake slices, the woolly hat, the template for Hideki's winter clothes and the toy bunny, as well as one other prop I haven't got around to using. Yet.
