Emperor of Chi You-Li Min (Spellblade)

This design originates from a character I designed in 2011, which some longtime fans might remember. I've refined the design and redrawn it over the past few days.

This is a race from a mysterious Eastern land, Chi You.His race was defeated by the Huang Emperor, and they went into hiding until thousands of years later when his mother brought him to the western continent. He brought with him a new cultivation system, "Qi and Blood Power," which utilizes the body's Qi and blood to instantly increase strength and agility several times over. Using "Qi and Blood Power," one can also unleash "sword Qi" from weapons.

He grew up in a small town on the eastern edge of the empire, honing his martial arts skills daily. However, his ambition to become a general was thwarted; his desire to trade was forbidden, and he couldn't even acquire land. Everyone knew he came from the Eastern Empire, and because of his lineage, his mother was brutally murdered by Western nobles. He could no longer tolerate this.

He donned the armor inherited from his family, took up a long sword, and rallied a peasant uprising. He sheltered all those who had fled from the Eastern Empire to the West, uprooting the nobles of the eastern cities, killing them one by one according to their family genealogies, and distributing their accumulated wealth to peasants and soldiers. Within two years, he had conquered twelve cities and established his own power and regime, "Da Qi," in the deep forests of the east, becoming emperor. In his eyes, there were no nobles; everyone was equal. People no longer worried about their inability to rise in social class; they only needed to contribute to earn merit, which could be exchanged for land for their families.

He continued to build up his military strength, determined that one day he would lead his army to overthrow all injustice and raze the corrupt Western Empire to the ground.
