Just some basicshapes and lines as the foundation for what comes next. The pose I had in mind was sort of a boxing pose. Step 2 - Form Start figuring out the anatomy with blocky shapes. Thinking 3-dimensionally, adding thickness and heft. Simple shapes. Block out the form. Step 3 - Layering Just start filling details and mass be loose don't worry about mistakes. Hopefully for your own work you already know what you're going to draw so you don't have to worry about design. Follow your guidelines. This will reveal whether your initial sketch work.
