That is a BEAUTIFUL car. I'm pretty sure my jaw would have hit the floor if I had seen it in real life.

It is, the funny thing is when I picture this car I always imagine the Dubai coach-built station wagons! =P

My DSLR can do 6.5 fps so it's about 4 seconds to shoot 24 pictures :-)
The thing is, I think this is the first 456 I'd seen in person, and the pictures you see most often are the coach-built station-wagons so popular in Dubai.

hmm this is true, and that must be a nice camera you have! :)

It's an older Canon, a 40D. It's only 10MP but I doubt I would use a higher resolution if it had it so it does the job for me.

I like to think the photographer has a little bit to do with it too :-)

On the Island there is a F50. I mean the Island I live on. I see it frequently. It sounds really neat.

I love the sounds of the Ferrari V12s, there was an IMSA Ferrari 333SP at Mont Tremblant one year (the 333 race car donated its engine to the street legal F50) and I remember the sound to this day. As much as I like the sound of the 12s, I absolutely detest the sound of the Ferrari V8s used in the 430 et all.

Now I am going to ask a question. I thought about googling the answer. But in the interest of conversation, I will ask you instead 8-) Is the F50 a V12? I thought it was but was not sure.

It is, I think it's a 5 litre but don't quote me. I know it was also used in the 333, of which I may have a picture or two lying around somewhere :-)

Once a classic, always a classic! :D

Absolutely :-) Weird, but when I first saw it I wasn't sure what it was, for some reason I always picture 456s as station wagons; damn those oil Princes!
