Lovers of the Night (2)

This was great fun to draw, and it's taken a month to create. There are a few new things in this scene - I've experimented with lighting for the first time, a new shading effect for showing solid objects and this is a new pose for both Luna and Nightmare. I continued trying to refine the shadow and lighting effect I first used in Nyx Surrenders. In the end, I was forced to stop because this scene was too complex for even the powerful work laptop I have.

Huge thanks to JunglePony for letting me use her image Twilight's Pillows as a general reference for Luna's pose and to Infintoa for practically constant feedback as I was creating this. Thanks also to NightmareMoonS and TiaAndLulu for feedback while I was creating this.
