Hello, I just purchased Manga Studio EX 4, and I cannot get to  the ' Rasterize Panel Ruler dialog box'  which is supposed to be accessilble the drop down menu from the Main Menu under Ruler➪Panel Ruler➪Rasterize
but isn't.   If alternatively I try to access it via right clicking within the layers panel on the Panel Ruler Layer, once again, only a 'rasterize' option comes up and no 'Panel Ruler' option which would access the dialog box I need.

Any ideas?  Thanks and all the best guys.

I have a question that you might have the answer to. I cannot seem to get my pen to to work above my wacom tablet in Clip studio paint the way it does in photoshop (For air brushing). Any thoughts on that?
