Are you not able to open up the new folders? Here's how to do it: 

Go to Admin area -> Manage members -> members -> scroll to "on gallery, members:" -> click show all folders -> scroll to desired folder -> from the drop down box, select either "are subject to vote" or "are automatically approved" -> click the save now button.

Just a heads up that 3D-1 is full, and 3D-2 is not currently allowing the contribution of artwork.
