March Challenge
After a short (long) break over Christmas I thought it would be nice to start a new challenge for this month ! as i set my self a goal to create a new character i thought i might be more engaged by choosing a character I've played as in some of the many games i own! This is an invitation for you to join me in this by participating in .....
The Player character March Challenge ! (with prizes)
With many games providing a slew of customisation options for your characters players are able to create avatars that uniquely represent them! Pick a character you have created in any such game from RPG-MMO-FPS and recreate them in 3D! this benefit of being able to easily reference a character and the unique look you created should hopefully push your skills and give you a nice portfolio piece!

Push your character into an area not represented by the platform they are on, if your character comes from a mmo like WoW perhaps try a sculpt of them, if they are from the latest high tech game try building a stylized or low poly version! this is up to you and not required!

March 31st
As long as it is the 31st of March somewhere in the world your good!
Submissions must be placed in the PC CHALLENGE folder.
GUIDELINES
- No technical limitations
- Entries must be submitted into the 'Challenges' folder under 'PC CHALLENGE'.
- Multiple entries allowed.
- Submissions remain the property of the creator.
- Entries are due at the end of the month.
- Entries submitted to DA before the challenge will not be eligible.
- Entries created for a different purpose (like Dominance war) will not be eligible.
- Entries that do not fit the theme will not be eligible for this challenge.
JUDGING
Entries will be judged by their technical skill and creativity
- judging will take place at the end of the month, and winners announced within the following week.
- All entries will be placed in a group poll for members to vote on their favorite entries.
- The top 3 semi finalists will be judged by the group admin to determine a first place winner.
PRIZES
*minimum of 3 entries must be recieved
1st place = 2000 DA points
2nd place = 800 DA points
3rd place = 400 DA points
- DA points can be used to buy anything on the website prints, subscriptions, gear and some artists take point commissions.
- Feature on the homepage of 3D-Characters for the following month with an interview on how you created your entry.
