Current Residence: Peterborough, Ontario, Canada
This is my primary account on deviantART. It is primarily devoted to raw fractals. I am of the opinion that I do not make anything. I use software (Fractal Explorer mainly) to 'find' interesting and artistic fractals. I know tricks that help me discover interesting starting points, and more tricks to transform that initial thing that caught my interest, into something I find even more pleasing. I then try to attach an interesting title to the image - one that is appropriate. I always try to post something different than I posted the day before, and the day before that...I'm not sure what I do is 'art', but the process pleases me, and a few people seem to like the end product.

There are lots of free programs out there. Download a couple, and start playing around with them. Then reach out to a group to access tutorials and help/advice.
