Dog House

I'm sure this photo will get a lot of questions asking why in the heck I would film it? This for those who are not from Chicago is almost a work of art. There is a very famous hot dog chain of restaurants that has become a Chicago legend. So much so that the first thing I did when getting out of the airport was to grab a dog from one of their many locations. Any rate Portillos is indeed something you 100% must have when visiting the big city. This photo here shows where Dick Portillo started this huge franchise back in 1963. Now 46 locations later and 3500 employees you can see just how big things got. Any rate quite an all American story. I would have to say he has come a long way from when this trailer was used. Any rate take care all and don't forget when in Chicago go grab yourself a dog with everything and tell them 2112 sent ya.
