Wow, I see such a great improvement with this shot. The white balance is perfect, great shutter speed, and I love the composition. I'd say this one is DELICIOUS! :lick:

 Thanks a bunch, Paula! Say hello to the new program. Lightroom 3 :D Much easier to get the color & exposure right than Elements.

I use Elements 7. Don't hate the program, hate the user.

I'm just looking for ease of use. Me with my bad color perception & all. Lightroom allows you to work with all your RAW sliders in the actual program. Not just prior to opening like with Elements. It is just so much easier to get the exposure spot on. Working with color is easier for me with this program too. That & the noise reduction part of this program kills the one in Elements.

I hear lightroom is good, but I have never tried it. Perhaps when I'm ready to upgrade, I might switch. :)

I think you would like it. You should give it a try if you get the chance. I'm actually using both. Working with my images in Lightroom then moving them into Elements if I need to do any layer work or anything. It's working out pretty well for me.

You can't layer in Lightroom? Jeesh, I think they're just making us have to have too many programs! lol!

Actually, I don't know. I've just started using the program. There are just some things that are easier for me using Elements so I'll run one thing through Lightroom. Then run it through Elements if I need to do anymore work to it. I'm getting used to using multiple programs. :headache: Spoke to soon. :D
